NOTE: We reserve the right to deny any person a piercing service if we feel it is morally/ethically wrong or if we feel the piercing will negatively affect your health/safety. We base all piercings on safety and anatomy of each individual which is discussed upon your procedure or consultation. Under no circumstances will we perform nipple, genital, cheek, or any surface piercings on anyone under the age of 18, (even with parental consent).

Yes, our studio works by appointment for all services and needs. We work one-on-one with each client to give them our full attention and ensure a safe procedure, giving a 10 minute grace period between clients. We do not take walk-ins unless there is a cancellation. Yes, we work by appointment for all services and needs. We work one-on-one to ensure you are getting the correct piece of jewelry, help with placing a custom order, or have had time to look through our vast selection of jewelry. Please book a Jewelry Change/Shopping appointment. All sales are final. If you do not need jewelry installed for you, there is no fee. Age 7 and up : Earlobes Age 13 and up : Helix, Forward Helix, Tragus, Nostril, Conch, Flat, Standard Lip, Eyebrow, SeptumAge 16 and up: Rook, Vertical Lip, Tongue, Navel, Industrial, DaithAge 18 and up: Orbital, Microdermal Anchors/Surface, Anti-Tragus, Snug, Bridge, Nipples, Genital Most piercings are anatomy and lifestyle dependent. We reserve the right to refuse services for any reason, especially if we feel the piercing is of high risk, unsafe for the client, or morally/ethically wrong*
Physical photo ID is required every time you plan to get pierced, even for repeat customers. They are not on file for reuse. We cannot accept a photo of your ID, expired ID, an APP login, Military ID, or digital ID. We cannot accept any ID not listed below.Parents must be present with their photo ID, must provide their child's birth certificate (to prove relationship), AND one of the following forms of photo ID for the child:-School ID card-Smile Safety card-Passport-State ID card (can be obtained at age 10 thru Penndot)-Drivers license-This/Last year's Public school yearbook
To book an appointment, a card is required to hold the time slot and you must agree to our cancellation policy. You will be charged your full service fee if you no-show, cancel/reschedule in less than 6 hours of your appointment, or if do not have the correct identification physically in hand when you arrive. If you are more than 10 minutes late it may not be possible to accommodate your appointment, and the cancellation fee will apply. Please be respectful of other clients and the schedule.You will be sent reminders in the days ahead of your appointment to give ample time to make changes using a link, but you can always call or email to notify us of your choice to cancel since this will be time stamped.*Last minute cancellations are acceptable due to dangerous weather conditions only.
If you have an upcoming medical procedure or scan, we are able to install a glass retainer as a place holder. Please email us as soon as possible so that we may schedule you to have your jewelry removed and retainer installed as close to the date as possible. We will then have you come back to reinstall your original jewelry. There is a one time jewelry change fee that covers both visits. *While some materials are safe to wear during procedures and can be checked with a magnet at the facility, some facilities may have liability concerns and request you remove it anyway, or the placement could be in the way of their work for safety. A glass retainer is safe for any piercing in any stage of healing including fresh or healed piercings. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF PLASTIC OR ACRYLIC RETAINERS AS THEY BREAK DOWN DURING WEAR.
If you are having issues with your piercing, we'd be happy to do a checkup and help troubleshoot the cause. Many issues occur due to health changes, lifestyle, product use, etc. Checkup appointments are free (though subject to a $20 fee per our cancelation policy). No documentation necessary or forms to fill out. No, we cannot pierce with jewelry that was not ordered by our studio. This is for health, safety, and liability reasons to ensure accurate materials and fit. Not all companies can provide documentation of material quality and many materials are not safe for fresh piercings. We may reuse jewelry from our studio for a fresh piercing if it is dropped off a week ahead of time to be reprocessed for a $20 fee. We may reuse jewelry from our studio for a healed piercing if brought along with you to be installed. We reserve the right to refuse installing outside jewelry if we feel it is not safe.
It is best to avoid swimming until your piercing is completely healed. Healing will vary from person to person depending on your health, hygiene, lifestyle, and the type of piercing you receive. This is to prevent debris and bacteria from entering your piercing/open wound, or irritation from harsh chemicals. Many piercings take at least 6 months to heal.
